Need Help. Play NC Useless....
Well i just bought GW today and Oh suprise my Cd key doesnt work. And this isnt the first time. Happened to me with lineage2 and took 4 days to get this settled. BUT that had Phone support. Currently it says there is no support for GW atm. Now i need help some kind of number ive missed or something. This is TOTAL BS that i cant play i game i just spent 50$ on nor can i return it. This is most likely that last time I EVER buy a game from plaync but i still want to play. If possible can some1 plz help me?

Yup, the customer support for GW really blows. There really needs to be a live chat support, imo.

Yeah there is, you can e-mail a question to them. You'll eventually get your issue resolved, but it takes quite a while.

another simple solution take it back where ya got it and demnad a replacement, thats if ya still have recipt, its bound to happen more and more often as the game becomes more available on warez sites and keygens appear, its happened to me with a game before and the shop exchanged it without any problems..good luck

Get it REPLACED
One thing most people don't understand is that they SHOULD take back software if it is DEFECTIVE!
Demand that they return it, tell the store that PlayNC told you to, and they will send it BACK to PlayNC for their credit. No one loses. When you go back to the story, don't take NO for an answer... keep asking for the next higher manager, until you get the response you want. In the meantime, write to PlayNC if you can. |

Make sure you're entering the CD key when you create the account in-game, not the "ADD GAME" in the playNC account management place. (This is what I did when I got my cd-key, I got pissed, and thought if I should register in game, voila!)
